Job summary

Mary Grace Foods, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Team in executing campaigns, handling administrative processes, and coordinating marketing materials. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing purchase requests, supplier coordination, inventory, and internal stakeholder support.

As the primary contact for internal teams, you will help ensure marketing projects and store requirements are delivered accurately, on time, and in full.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage but not required.
• At least two years of experience in marketing support or administrative roles.
• Experience in food and beverage or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: process and monitor purchase requests, billings, and revolving fund transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor deliveries.
• Track and manage requests for marketing materials from stores and internal teams.
• Prepare and process marketing requirements for new store openings.
• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment of store orders, including receiving, evaluating, packing, tracking, and deploying materials.
