Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a Production Staff in the Philippines to support processing materials, basic inventory, and storage management. You will assist the inventory keeper in receiving and releasing materials and help ensure timely completion of job orders.

Responsibilities include ensuring daily job orders are met, keeping machines in good condition, and maintaining adherence to food safety and quality standards while working with team members across departments in a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing process flow.
• Knowledge of basic Food Safety and Quality.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job orders are met in a timely manner on a daily basis.
• Ensure that the machines are in good condition.
• Ensure consistent compliance with the company’s food safety and quality standards.
• Embrace change with positivity and adjust to new circumstances.
• Perform a variety of tasks with equal effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and departments to address issues to ensure efficient production operations, safety, and security.
