Mary Grace Foods, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Team in executing campaigns, handling administrative processes, and coordinating marketing materials. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing purchase requests, supplier coordination, inventory, and internal stakeholder support.
As the primary contact for internal teams, you will help ensure marketing projects and store requirements are delivered accurately, on time, and in full.
The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Team in executing campaigns, managing administrative processes, and coordinating marketing materials. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the department by handling purchase requests, supplier coordination, inventory management, and internal stakeholder support.
As the primary point of contact for internal teams, the Marketing Assistant helps ensure marketing projects and store requirements are delivered accurately, on time, and in full.
Process and monitor purchase requests, billings, and revolving fund transactions.
Coordinate with suppliers and monitor deliveries.
Track and manage requests for marketing materials from stores and internal teams.
Prepare and process marketing requirements for new store openings.
Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of store orders, including receiving, evaluating, packing, tracking, and deploying materials.
Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient warehouse operations.
Ensure the availability of marketing materials to meet business requirements.
Provide project and administrative support to the Marketing Head, Brand Marketing Lead, Trade Marketing Lead, and Customer Care and Marketing Administrative Officer.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
At leasttwo (2) yearsofexperiencein marketing support, administrative support, or a similar role.
Experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Full-time, on-site position (Taguig Office)
Five (5) working days per week, eight (8) hours per day, excluding meal breaks.
Regular coordination with the immediate supervisor to align on priorities, key metrics, and compliance requirements.
Daily collaboration with internal teams to support marketing operations and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
