Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PRC) with supervisory background.
• 3+ years supervising repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC, or facilities across multiple sites.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works) for maintenance and repairs.
• Leads administrative coordinators to ensure permits and materials are ready for work.
• Develops, maintains, and implements monthly engineering work plans.
