Job summary

Work For Prosper is seeking an energetic administrative assistant to manage customer queries using pre-set templates, generate online leads, and handle social media engagement for property marketing. The role includes maintaining a lead database, preparing presentations, and coordinating appointments with reminders.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the ideal candidate is organized, English-proficient, and willing to work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

College level with work experience or College Graduate.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Good English communication skills both written and oral.
Organized & Self-driven.
Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shift.
He/She must be willing to be qualified from any type of line of business/responsibilities based on her/his management assessment.

Responsibilities

Management of customer queries and respond to them with pre-set templates.
Generate leads online.
Manage social media handles and upload property photos and engage the audience.
Create and maintain the database of leads generated.
Create presentations and property marketing materials.
Manage appointments and send reminders.
Take minimal calls as online receptionist and direct calls to the proper contact person.
Email handling with pre-templates.
Ad Hoc tasks as needed.
