Work For Prosper is seeking an energetic administrative assistant to manage customer queries using pre-set templates, generate online leads, and handle social media engagement for property marketing. The role includes maintaining a lead database, preparing presentations, and coordinating appointments with reminders.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the ideal candidate is organized, English-proficient, and willing to work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• College level with work experience or College Graduate.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Good English communication skills both written and oral.
• Organized & Self-driven.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shift.
• He/She must be willing to be qualified from any type of line of business/responsibilities based on her/his management assessment.

Responsibilities

• Management of customer queries and respond to them with pre-set templates.
• Generate leads online.
• Manage social media handles and upload property photos and engage the audience.
• Create and maintain the database of leads generated.
• Create presentations and property marketing materials.
• Manage appointments and send reminders.
• Take minimal calls as online receptionist and direct calls to the proper contact person.
• Email handling with pre-templates.
• Ad Hoc tasks as needed.
