Qualifications

Responsibilities

• HubSpot architecture: design, clean, and optimize system workflows and CRM pipelines.

Job description

• HubSpot Architecture: Serve as the ultimate system administrator for HubSpot—architecting, cleaning, and optimizing system workflows, list criteria, automation rules, and the central CRM sales pipeline.
• Funnel & Web Engineering: Concept, build, and continuously A/B test high-converting sales funnels, standalone landing pages, and responsive website structural adjustments.
• Drip Campaign Mastery: Develop, write, and map out automated multi-stage email drip campaigns, lead nurturing pathways, and triggered SMS messaging sequences.
• PPC Optimization: Launch, manage, and scale targeted paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related networks designed to pull in premium real estate prospects.
• Strategic Management: Direct the overarching marketing calendar, analyze regular performance KPI dashboards, monitor clear ROI data, and champion proactive market positioning ideas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Expert-level, hands-on administration expertise in HubSpot is mandatory (Active HubSpot platform or inbound certifications are highly preferred).
• Demonstrated portfolio of producing complete end-to-end sales funnels, high-performance web pages, and complex sequence logic flows.
• Proven tracking history of deploying and optimizing profitable, data-backed PPC advertising campaigns.
• Prior professional tenure serving effectively in a Marketing Manager, Team Lead, or senior campaign strategist capacity.
• Familiarity with the US Real Estate market, lead gen frameworks, or broker marketing tactics is a significant advantage.
• Superior project organization skills, robust analytical understanding, and compelling english presentation capability.
