The Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting marketing and sales initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of customer and prospect data. This position is expected to develop a strong understanding of the legal industry, Law360's target markets, and its products and services. Working under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Data Researcher, the analyst is responsible for prospect identification, lead generation, data validation, and database maintenance through the use of both internal and external research sources.

Ensure customers receive the newsletters and content subscriptions they have selected, enhancing their overall experience and engagement.
Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date records within company databases.
Support account managers and sales enablement teams by processing requests such as newsletter subscription management, contact targeting, and customer information updates.
Validate, update, and maintain organization, contact, and account records within proprietary systems.
Conduct research to identify prospective organizations and key decision-makers for marketing and sales outreach.
Contribute to data quality initiatives by verifying information and ensuring database completeness.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
At least one year of experience in marketing data research, data management, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of data management principles, research methodologies, and industry best practices.
Experience performing quantitative analysis of customer databases and external data sources to generate actionable insights regarding customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to exchange information clearly, ask relevant questions, and confirm understanding.
Experience supporting lead generation, prospect research, and marketing database management activities.
Ability to quickly learn and leverage enterprise AI tools and emerging technologies to improve business processes and technical workflows.
