Under supervision, you will utilize internal and external sources, maintain the prospect database, and assist renewal teams with data requests. The role emphasizes accuracy and fast learning of enterprise AI tools to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing Data Research or Data Management.
• Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline.
• Undertakes detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources and develops data-driven insights into customers, their behaviors, buying preferences and patterns.
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business, research and marketing strategies and the unique differences of Law360 products and services.
• Maintain a timely and accurate information of database.
• Assist renewal account managers or sales enablement tasks by fulfilling requests such as unsubscribing and resubscribing newsletters, targeting contacts, updating information, etc.
• Validate and update organizations, contacts and account information across the custom in-house system.
• Assist with prospect discovery, lead generation, and research and analysis to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of our marketing data.

Job description

The Marketing Data Researcher is expected to have or quickly develop an understanding of the legal landscape, Law360’s core market segments, and Law360 as a product. Under the supervision of Senior Marketing Data Researcher on the MRA team, this position assists with prospect discovery, lead generation, and research and analysis to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of our marketing data. This includes using internal and external information sources to identify organizations and individuals to target, collecting data to support marketing and sales efforts, and maintaining our prospect database.

Accountabilities:

• Understand the business, research and marketing strategies and the unique differences of Law 360 products and services.

• Responsible for making sure that the clients are getting the newsletter that they are subscribing to ensure added value to customer experience.

• Maintaining a timely and accurate information of database

• Assist and support renewal account managers or sales enablement tasks by fulfilling request such as unsubscribing and resubscribing newsletters, targeting contacts, updating information, etc.
