Qualifications

• Effective communication and ability to gather requirements.
• Experience supporting lead generation and contact targeting.
• Ability to quickly learn enterprise AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand Law360's business model, markets, and products.
• Ensure newsletters and subscriptions are delivered as selected.
• Maintain accurate records in company databases.
• Support account managers with subscription management and data updates.
