Responsibilities

• Understand Law360's marketing strategies and product differences.
• Ensure clients receive newsletters they subscribe to.
• Maintain timely and accurate database information.
• Assist renewal account managers with tasks like unsubscribing/subscribing newsletters and updating contacts.
• Validate and update organizations, contacts and account information in the in-house system.
