REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Marketing Data Researcher to support prospect discovery, lead generation, and data quality across the marketing database.

You will research organizations and contacts to target, collect data to support marketing and sales, and maintain our prospect records. You will work under supervision on the MRA team with a hybrid setup, including occasional onsite sessions in Quezon City and Iloilo City, and you will contribute to data-driven

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing Data Research or Data Management.
• Undertakes detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources and develops a data driven insight into customers, their behaviors, buying preferences and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business, research and marketing strategies of products and services.
• Ensure clients are subscribed to the newsletter they opted into to maintain value to customer experience.
• Maintain timely and accurate information of the database.
• Assist renewal account managers by fulfilling requests like unsubscribing/resubscribing newsletters and updating information.

Job Description

The Marketing Data Researcher is expected to have or quickly develop an understanding of the legal landscape, the business unit's core market segments, and product. Under the supervision of Senior Marketing Data Researcher on the MRA team, this position assists with prospect discovery, lead generation, and research and analysis to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of our marketing data. This includes using internal and external information sources to identify organizations and individuals to target, collecting data to support marketing and sales efforts, and maintaining our prospect database.

Accountabilities

• Understand the business, research and marketing strategies and the unique differences of stakeholder's products and services.
• Responsible for making sure that the clients are getting the newsletter that they are subscribing to ensure added value to customer experience.
• Maintaining a timely and accurate information of database
• Assist and support renewal account managers or sales enablement tasks by fulfilling request such as unsubscribing and resubscribing newsletters, targeting contacts, updating information, etc.
• Validate and update organizations, contacts and account information across custom in-house system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing Data Research or Data Management.
• Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline.
• Undertakes detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources and develops a data driven insight into customers, their behaviors, buying preferences and patterns.
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
• This position assists with prospect discovery, lead generation, and research and analysis to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of our marketing data.

Work Arrangement

Work hours: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (PH Time)
Set Up: Hybrid (2x a month onsite)
Location: Quezon City & Iloilo City
