Qualifications

• Proven experience with data research and CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large lists.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Omnisend/Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic on-page SEO.
• Ability to use AI tools for research while validating results.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work solo with little supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich B2B partner database by visiting company websites.
• Keep CRM records clean, consistent, and current.
• Use AI tools to speed research while verifying accuracy.
• Audit email automations end to end; ensure links work.
• Test email templates for mobile and desktop rendering.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and journeys.
• Improve on-page SEO; optimize metadata and images on site.
• Upload and format new product content with correct image sizing.
• Add and run customer reviews on product pages.
• Create clean PDF presentations for new product launches.
