Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a detail-driven Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and back our email marketing and website operations. The role combines data enrichment with hands-on marketing execution, cleaning CRM, auditing email flows, and ensuring website accuracy.

You will work independently on tasks where accuracy counts for more than speed, using AI tools to speed research while verifying results, and contributing to on-page SEO, product content updates,

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data research and database/CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large lists.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, site updates and basic SEO.
• Able to use AI tools to assist research while verifying results independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich our B2B partner database with missing fields (website, email, phone, location, products).
• Keep the CRM clean, consistent, and up to date.
• Use AI tools to speed research while verifying accuracy.
• Audit email automation sequences and ensure links and content are correct.
• Test email templates for mobile and desktop display and fix formatting issues.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and journeys.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements on the website and metadata.
• Upload and format new product content with correct image sizing.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to improve credibility.
• Create professional PDFs for new product launches.
