Qualifications

• Proven experience with data research and database or CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including large lists.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Omnisend/Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic on-page SEO.
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist research and verify results.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich B2B partner database by visiting company sites and filling missing fields.
• Maintain and organize the CRM spreadsheet for clean, up-to-date records.
• Use AI tools to speed up research while verifying results.
• Audit email automation sequences end to end, ensuring links and copy are correct.
• Test email templates for mobile and desktop display and fix formatting issues.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and journeys.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements on the website, including metadata.
• Upload and format new product content with correctly sized images.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to improve credibility and SEO.
• Create clean, professional PDF presentations for new product launches.
