vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations.

The role blends data enrichment with hands-on marketing execution, including cleaning CRM data, auditing email flows, and ensuring website content is accurate and SEO-friendly. The ideal candidate is meticulous, autonomous, and comfortable delivering high-quality results where accuracy matters more than speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in data research and CRM enrichment for B2B databases.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with large lists.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Omnisend/Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic on-page SEO.
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist research while verifying results.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; able to work unsupervised.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich our B2B partner database by visiting company websites and filling in missing fields such as website URL, email address, phone number, physical location, and product range
• Maintain and organize the CRM spreadsheet so records stay clean, consistent, and current
• Use AI tools to speed up research while verifying the accuracy of every entry
• Audit our existing email automation sequences end to end, checking that all links work and content is correct
• Test email templates for proper display on mobile and desktop, and fix formatting issues
• Support ongoing improvements to email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys
• Make on-page SEO improvements on our website, including metadata, image optimization, and content details
• Upload and format new product content, ensuring images are correctly sized and consistently presented
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to build credibility and search visibility
• Create clean, professional PDF presentations for new product launches
