VA Masters is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations. You will enrich data, audit email flows, and help keep our site accurate and SEO-friendly.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong English communication is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data research and CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for large lists.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, including basic on-page SEO.
• Able to use AI tools to speed up research while validating results.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich B2B partner database by visiting company websites and completing missing fields (website, email, phone, location, product range).
• Maintain and organize the CRM spreadsheet to keep records clean and up to date.
• Audit email automation sequences end to end and verify links and content.
• Test email templates for mobile and desktop display and fix formatting issues.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys.
• SEO improvements on the website including metadata and image optimization.
• Format and upload new product content with correct image sizing and consistency.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to boost credibility and search visibility.
• Create professional PDF presentations for new product launches.
