Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a meticulous Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website tasks. You will enrich data, audit automation flows, and ensure accurate, search-friendly content across our site.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, experience with at least one email platform, and independent, detail-oriented work with English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with data research and CRM enrichment work.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, handling large lists.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, product updates and basic SEO.
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist research while verifying results.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich our B2B partner database by visiting websites and completing fields like website, email, phone, location, and product range.
• Maintain and organize the CRM spreadsheet to keep records clean and up to date.
• Use AI tools to speed up research while verifying accuracy of every entry.
• Audit email automation sequences end-to-end, verify links and content.
• Test email templates for mobile and desktop display and fix formatting issues.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and journeys.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements on our website (metadata, images, content).
• Upload and format new product content with correctly sized images.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to boost credibility and SEO.
• Create clean, professional PDF presentations for new product launches.
