Tavor Perry is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations. The role blends data enrichment with hands-on marketing execution: cleaning CRM, auditing email automation, and ensuring website accuracy.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, independent, and comfortable working with large data sets, SEO basics, and WordPress updates to boost search visibility and product content quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data research and database or CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including large lists.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Working knowledge of WordPress for product/content updates and basic on-page SEO.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research with independent verification.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-reliant with minimal supervision and strong written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich our B2B partner database by visiting company websites and filling in missing fields such as website URL, email address, phone number, physical location, and product range.
• Maintain the CRM spreadsheet so records stay clean, consistent, and current.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up research while verifying every entry.
• Audit our existing email automation sequences end to end, confirming all links work and the content is correct.
• Test email templates on both mobile and desktop and correct any formatting problems.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys.
• Make on-page SEO improvements to our website, including metadata, image optimization, and content details.
• Upload and format new product content, keeping images correctly sized and consistently presented.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to strengthen credibility and search visibility.
• Create clean, professional PDF presentations for new product launches.
