Responsibilities

• Keep CRM tidy and up-to-date across records.
• Audit and optimize email automation flows and templates.
• Test email layouts for mobile/desktop and fix issues.
• Contribute to improvements in email flows, segmentation, and journeys.
• Apply on-page SEO improvements to the website.
• Upload and format product content with consistent imagery.
• Manage and add customer reviews on product pages.
• Create clean PDF presentations for product launches
