Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
3-5 years of related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
Willingness to support US marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time.

Responsibilities

Handle the full scope of administrative tasks related to all marketing campaigns.
Manage different websites and online portals with the ability to edit, post and launch (i.e. Law School Portal, Faculty Portal, Webinar Training Page, InfoPro Page, SalesLine, etc.).
Track and update campaign materials for the team's visibility using tools like Seismic, Widen, Monday.com.
Create and send email newsletters and optimize Pardot landing pages.
Promote webinars and events across all available platforms.
Coordinate with teams to execute campaigns effectively and provide timely reports.
