Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• At least 1 year experience in marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with marketing tools and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with actionable insights.
• Customer service focus is essential.
• Familiarity with internal customer, sales tools, and related applications is a plus.
• Willingness to work Night Shift.
• Current role duration of at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels.
• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of deliverables.
• Maintain and update project tasks, timelines, and status in Monday.com.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creatives, and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Monitor tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support QA reviews of marketing materials and emails prior to deployment.
• Maintain campaign documentation and project records.
• Assist with process improvements and operational activities for campaign execution.
• Manage multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support Salesforce campaign administration and reporting.
