Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Campaign Operations Specialist to support programmatic media campaigns across global markets. You will collaborate with Account Management and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked, deployed, monitored, and reporting aligned for success.

The role requires detail-oriented, operationally strong candidates who can manage multiple campaign workflows, ensure accurate tagging, and coordinate across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Ad Operations or Campaign Management.
• Familiar with programmatic platforms and ad servers.
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video ad units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support trafficking and deployment of programmatic campaigns.
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments with tagging and tracking.
• Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging implementation, and quality assurance validation.
• Monitor live campaigns and identify delivery, pacing, or technical issues that may impact performance.
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates as required.
