Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Assistant in the Philippines to support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. You will help manage day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, coordination, execution support, QA, and tracking of deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of working experience. Those without experience but with relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations may also be considered.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and communication outputs are accurate and complete.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
