Integrated OS is seeking a Marketing Campaign Support Associate in the Philippines. You will research potential business leads, maintain CRM records, and assist with content, campaigns, and marketing tasks.

The role suits fresh graduates with strong English writing, research skills, and detail orientation, eager to learn tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and Manatal. You will help identify partner opportunities, keep data clean, and support the Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to grow offshore

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Strong written English communication.
• Good research and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel and online platforms.
• Willing to learn Apollo, HubSpot, Manatal, LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Canva and similar tools.
• Organised, proactive and able to follow instructions clearly.
• Interest in marketing, lead generation and campaign coordination.

Responsibilities

• Research potential business leads and maintain CRM records.
• Monitor job boards like SEEK and Indeed for offshore-fit roles and assist with content and campaigns.
• Manage CRM hygiene and assist with marketing databases and campaigns.
• Support marketing calendar, content trackers and campaign files for timely execution.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with candidate records in Manatal and update newsletters and alerts.
