Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a creative digital marketer to support day-to-day B2B marketing activities across regional squads in Academic, Government, or Corporate sectors.

You will work closely with central and regional teams, manage campaigns across email and social channels, analyze performance with Adobe Analytics/Tableau, and contribute to content publishing and CMS tasks. Hybrid work setup in the Philippines offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Must have B2B marketing experience.
• With 3+ years hands-on experience on digital marketing, social media marketing and campaigns implementation.
• Channel/Project management experience.
• Experience of basic image editing/manipulation tools.
• Communication skills: comfortable in presenting projects and results to stakeholders and proactively updates status.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Believes and thrives in a high-performance culture.
• Adaptable and can quickly change course when required.
• Highly collaborative.
• Experience in the use of reporting and analytics tools – Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar is a plus.
• Experience of CMS tools an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the digital marketers and other stakeholders in the Central and Regional squads.
• Provide support in setting up, managing, and monitoring initiatives across all digital channels including email.
• Use dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting tools to monitor performance and produce reports.
• Support set up and monitoring of A/B testing campaigns with ongoing updates.
• Support publication and maintenance of web pages including content updates and CMS training.
• Support publication and updating of blog posts including content updates and CMS training.
• Support housekeeping activities including documentation updates and campaign codes.
• Support sourcing and manipulation of creative assets for use in digital channels.
• Assist in process and stakeholder management.
