TGServices, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand our Integrated Facility Management services in the Philippine market. You will conduct market research, analyze competition, and craft engagement plans to drive sales and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facility Management or service industries.
• Strong network in service-oriented industries preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Filipino; other dialects are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are a must.
• Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and drive manual/automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to enhance TGServices, Inc.'s expertise in Integrated Facility Management.
• Analyze target market and competition to craft engagement plans and campaigns.
• Generate sales leads and pursue sales goals actively.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments and analyze customer needs.
• Formulate customer retention plans leveraging TGSI’s service brand.
• Deliver sales presentations tailored to client requirements and directives.
• Participate in bidding processes for private and government sectors.
• Ensure sales targets are met within the defined period.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Perform other duties related to Business Development.
