Job summary

TGServices, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in the Batangas area to lead market research, analyze competition, and craft engagement plans that drive sales in Integrated Facility Management and related services.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong service-oriented network, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino. Fieldwork willingness and driving capability are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facility Management, hotel, healthcare, or service industries.
• Strong active network in service-oriented industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Filipino; knows MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to reference TGSI’s expertise in Integrated Facility Management.
• Analyze target markets and competition; craft engagement plans to drive sales.
• Proactively generate sales leads and pursue sales goals.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments and analyze customer needs.
• Formulate customer retention plans leveraging TGSI brand.
• Conduct sales presentations tailored to client requirements and directives.
• Assist in bidding processes for private and government opportunities.
• Ensure targets are met within set periods.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with potential clients.
• Perform other duties related to Business Development.
