Job summary

TGServices, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional in the Philippines to expand our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) portfolio. The role focuses on market research, strategy, and proactive lead generation within service industries.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience, a strong English and Filipino command, and an excellent network in service-oriented sectors. You will present to clients and participate in bidding processes to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facility Management, hotel, healthcare, or service industries.
• Excellent active network in service-oriented industries.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal relations.
• Very good command of English and Filipino; other dialects a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and able to drive manual/automatic 4-wheel vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research where results can be used as reference to enhance the company's expertise in the Integrated Facility Management industry.
• Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans and campaigns to drive sales.
• Engage in proactive generation of sales leads; persistent in pursuing sales goals and adapting to changing demands of the Integrated Facility Management and other support services industries.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments, analyzing customer profiles and needs.
• Formulate customer retention plans, leveraging the TGSI service brand.
• Conduct sales presentation / pitch, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.
• Adept in the bidding process preparation and participation, both private and government.
• Ensure the target/s are met within the set period.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with potential clients.
• Perform other duties related to Business Development.
