Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and drive 4-wheel vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to reference TGServices’ expertise in Integrated Facility Management.
• Analyze target markets and competition; craft engagement plans and campaigns to drive sales.
• Proactively generate sales leads and pursue sales goals.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments and analyze customer profiles.
• Formulate customer retention plans leveraging TGSI service brand.
• Conduct sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Participate in bidding processes for private and government clients.
• Ensure sales targets are met within set periods.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up with potential clients.
• Perform other duties related to Business Development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of any of the following Bachelor’s degree: Business Management, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience from a dynamic organization: Integrated Facility Management, hotel, or healthcare, and other service industries.
• Preferably with an excellent active network in service-oriented industries.
• With a strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal relationship and is able to relate to people at all levels.
• Must have very good command of English and Filipino; proficiency in other dialects is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have expertise in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and preferably knows how to drive both manual and automatic 4-wheel vehicles.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct market research where results can be used as reference to enhance the company's collective expertise in the Integrated Facility Management industry.
• Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans and campaigns to drive sales.
