Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is essential.
• In-house recruitment experience is required.
• Knowledge of international conventions and regulations in shipping, STCW and MLC 2006.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plans and implements short-, middle- and long-term recruitment.
• Performs active and passive sourcing using approved channels and databases.
• Maintains accurate candidate records and conducts offers, interviews and verifications.
• Collaborates with regional and global recruitment teams and external agencies when needed.
• Escalates critical cases to Recruitment Manager and ensures timely joined status.
