Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible in sourcing out of candidate that to be deploy in overseas vessels that meets the criteria requirement of the principal.
• 2. Responsible in coordinating with the Crewing Officer for the required pending positions for the next three months.
• 3. Responsible in coordinating with the I.T Support for the social media posting of the pending positions for the next three months.
• 4. Responsible in sharing the job posting of requirements in all platforms for hiring and social media accounts of the company
• 5. Responsible in sending reply to all interested applicants submitted their application through e-mail, social media account and other recruitment site.
• 6. Responsible in attending the applicants reported and applied in Top Ever Office.
• 7. Responsible in processing of the crew application: a. Provide the required forms to be fill up b. Provide and check written and computer based test of all applicants (if required) c. In-charge in verifying and encoding the personal information, documents sea service and all required information in the crew management database. d. Responsible in identifying the lacking or documents for renewal of the applicant upon endorsing to the Crewing Section or Documentation Section. e. Responsible in endorsing the applicant to the Technical Section for assessment and evaluation upon approval of the Department Head. f. Responsible in conducting initial screening of the applicant g. Responsible in information the status of application or assessment.
• 8. To conduct a research or study of best practices and update in recruitment
• 9. To submit a quarterly review or market research crew salary comparison and crew profiling (age, location, medical condition)
• 10. To maintain a record and monitoring of crew applicants
• 11. Various task required by the Management.
