• With recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified deck, engine, and-rating officers through maritime schools, crewing networks, and databases.
• Conduct technical evaluations, background checks, and license verification.
• Ensure compliance with all training manual requirements and company standards.
• Review, develop, and deliver maritime training programs aligned with regulatory, client, and company requirements.
