Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an Operations Support role to help ensure safe, efficient vessel operations across the country. You will assist the Operations Supervisor, monitor productivity, coordinate with Port Operators, and report abnormalities to maintain smooth port and vessel activity.

You will drive real-time improvements, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support continuous operational excellence in a team-focused environment across maritime logistics.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of vessel and port operations with data-analysis basics.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and handle equipment and cargo procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel operations to meet productivity and timelines.
• Coordinate with Port Operator to clear discharging areas.
• Report abnormalities in operations to the Vessel Operations Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Control Center for extra service requests as needed.
• Coordinate regarding unmanifested containers and provide hourly status updates.
• Assist unloading/loading of rolling cargoes from vessel to shipside.
• Draft incident reports when supervisors are unavailable and get them validated.
• Suggest shifts of cargoes to correct ports and supervise loading adjustments.
• Provide in-ship cargo handling support and ensure safety and standards.
• Complete operations report forms and submit to Control Center.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions in real time.
