2GO Group, Inc. is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage reporting, documentation, and inquiries across the Transportation and Operations teams.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate schedules and on-time submissions, supporting operational excellence. The role requires a 4-year degree and 6–12 months in warehouse operations or transport activities, with strong communication, time management, and analytical skills to optimize processes and data

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 6–12 months experience in warehouse operations and transport-related activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with reports, documentation, and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate reports and proper documentation.
• Answer internal and external customer inquiries and coordinate with Transport Coordinators and Operations Team.
• Update booking schedules and monthly sailing schedules for operations and principals.
• Monitor cargo movement, check reports for accuracy, and ensure on-time submissions.
