2GO Group, Inc. in Manila freight operations is seeking a Vessel Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Supervisor in daily vessel operations and ensure adherence to safety and standards.

You will work closely with internal teams and port operators to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across maritime operations. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, coordinating with port operators, updating the team hourly, drafting incident reports, and ensuring smooth

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure vessel operations meet planned productivity and timelines.
• Coordinate with Port Operator to clear discharging areas.
• Report to Vessel Operations Supervisor about abnormalities causing slowdowns.
• Coordinate to Control Center for requests of extra service from Port Operator or MotorPool.
• Coordinate to Control Center regarding unmanifested containers.
• Provide hourly updates regarding operation status to the operations team.
• Facilitate unloading and loading of rolling cargoes from vessel to shipside.
• Draft manual incident reports when Supervisor is absent and validate with Vessel Operations Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Vessel Operations Supervisor and Vessel Officers for possible cargo re-routing.
• Facilitate loading of rolling cargo from shipside to vessel.
• Tag vessel departure times in Freight System after CTS Recapper finishes cargo loading manifest.
• Complete Operations Report Forms and submit to Control Center.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

In thisrole, you will support the Operations Supervisor in overseeing daily vesseloperations while ensuring adherence to the Operations 2P’s and establishedoperational standards.

Yourcontribution will be essential in maintaining smooth port and vesselactivities, supporting operational excellence, and delivering reliable serviceto our customers. Through close coordination with internal teams andoperational stakeholders, you will help drive efficiency, compliance, andcontinuous improvement across maritime operations.

What you’ll do..

• Monitor and ensure vessel operations meetplanned productivity and completion timelines.
• Coordinate with Port Operator to cleardischarging areas.
• Report to Vessel Operations Supervisor aboutabnormalities in operations causing slow down.
• Coordinate to Control Center for request ofExtra Service (Reworks, Tire man, Batteryman, etc) from Port Operator or MotorPool in situations needed.
• Coordinate to Control Center regardingunmanifested containers.
• Provide hourly updates regarding operation’sstatus to the operations team
• Facilitate in Unloading and Loading of RollingCargoes/Motorcycles from Vessel to shipside
• Draft manual incident reports when Supervisor isnot present and getting it validated by Vessel Operations Supervisor once he isavailable.
• Coordinate with Vessel Operations Supervisor andVessel Officers of possible shifting of cargoes with the wrong port ofdestination.
• Facilitate loading of rolling cargo fromshipside to vessel.
• Tagging of vessel actual time of departure thruVOYCES in Freight System shall be done after CTS Recapper finishes recappingcargo loading manifest.
• Accomplishment the Operations Report Forms andsubmitting it to Control Center.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinatecorrective actions in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operationalstandards
