Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking a Transport Coordinator to ensure accurate reporting, proper documentation, and timely responses to internal and external inquiries in coordination with the Operations Team.

You will update orders, monitor cargo movements, coordinate with warehouses, and ensure on-time submission of reports to principals and the operations team. Prior experience in warehouse operations or transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• 6-12 months experience in Warehouse Operations and Transport–related activities.
• Knowledge in SAP system and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Updates orders to Deliver Booking/Monthly Sailing Schedule and forwards it to Operations Team, Customer Service Team and Principal.
• Handles inquiries from Internal and External customers and provides answers and solutions.
• Monitors outbound, inbound cargoes, pending cargoes and problematic cargoes.
• Checks and ensures accurateness of reports from Operations, Warehouse and fellow Transport Coordinators.
• Ensures on time submission of reports to Principals and Operations.
• Updates pull out report in coordination with returns Coordinator.
• Reserves trucks for inter-warehouse transfers and coordinates with other Forwarders and Principals.
• Compiles Transport SOPs.
• Identifies, recommends and implements process enhancements.
• Ensures on time TMS planning are actually executed.
