Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing or commissary operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety standards.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient production workflows to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure machinery reliability.
• Uphold HACCP, ISO 22000, and internal food safety standards.
• Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead productivity, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Operations on product trials and delivery schedules.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with labor standards.
