Job summary

• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food-grade warehouse systems, ERP software, HACCP/GMP/FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure FIFO compliance.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and supply chain teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor warehouse layout, cold storage, and material handling equipment for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and warehouse KPIs.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to uphold company policies and safety practices
