Job summary

RSL Food Product is seeking a motivated Production Quality/Process Engineer to join our Cavite operations. You will analyze and improve production line performance, develop SOPs, and support equipment troubleshooting to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Collaborating with QA, maintenance, and operations, you will document changes, participate in audits, and support process trials for new products or materials. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Food Engineering is required.
• Experience in the food/FMCG manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety standards is preferred.
• Analytical, practical, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production line performance
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP)
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues
• Assist in process trials for new products or materials
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and operations teams
• Document process changes and conduct training as needed
• Participate in audits, safety checks, and improvement projects
