Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to support Production Operations, Equipment Maintenance, and Quality/Safety in Quezon City. The role involves hands-on process control, line performance tracking, and strict adherence to GMP.

Candidates must be a licensed engineer and have food-manufacturing exposure. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to optimize efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with preference for Mechanical, Electrical or ECE.
• Experience in food manufacturing production or maintenance.
• Strong planning, organizing and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with production processes of food and beverage products.
• Proactive and able to work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check materials per production plan ensuring correct variety, quantity and weight.
• Adjust equipment parameters and perform start-up, production and shutdown per rules.
• Maintain accurate production records and report emergencies.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with related departments.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation and readiness of equipment.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff.
