Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production lines, ensure quality, and maintain equipment. You will monitor materials, adjust parameters, and document operations in strict accordance with GMP.

The role covers maintenance coordination, quality and food safety compliance, and mentoring operators. A licensed engineer with manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong planning, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with valid license, preferrably Mechanical, Electrical or ECE.
• Experience in food manufacturing production or maintenance.
• Strong planning, organizing and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Check materials against production plan for correct variety, quantity and quality.
• Adjust equipment parameters and supervise start-up, production and shutdown per rules.
• Record production data with accurate, complete line records.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality against standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to align production activities.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift cleaning and equipment turnover.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff as needed.
