The PROCESS ENGINEER is responsible for leading and supporting the transfer, installation, testing, commissioning, qualification and optimization of food manufacturing equipment and production processes within the commissary plant. The role focuses on ensuring that new, relocated, or upgraded equipment is properly integrated into the production operations for breads, pastries, and other food products, while meeting requirements for food safety, quality, productivity, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PRC engineering license if applicable.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any related engineering field.
• Must have at least a 2-year experience in food manufacturing operations as Process Engineer or in a field that offers a well-rounded background in manufacturing operations.
• Must have problem-solving and communication skills, and good understanding of the food manufacturing process, food safety requirements, HACCP, GMP, GHP.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawing. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville, Parañaque City and Santo Tomas, Batangas.
