Job summary

Crow Works, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to transform engineering and production data into trusted business information. This role supports planning, costing, inventory management, and product development, ensuring records stay accurate across systems and driving efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or data management.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, filters, and basic formulas.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and NetSuite.
• Strong adaptability and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings in the ERP system based on engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain the consistency and accuracy of manufacturing data across ERP modules to support production planning, costing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Materials Planning teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to manufacturing data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and incomplete records.
• Support new product development by maintaining accurate and relevant manufacturing data.
• Assist with ERP audits, system cleanups, and data migration initiatives.
• Create and maintain accurate models, drawings, inspection documents, and assembly instructions to support seamless production launches and value-engineered product improvements.
