Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own and strengthen its secure infrastructure, uptime, and disaster recovery for mission-critical enterprise software. This on-site role at SM Mega Tower in Ortigas offers night shifts and weekend-free scheduling.

You will drive IT operations, implement cost-saving measures, conduct biannual recovery drills, achieve security certifications, and mentor teams as you partner with global leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in an Information Technology role.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate outputs, and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Introduce routine performance benchmarks and establish improvement targets.
• Achieve and maintain required security certifications.
• Develop and implement an IT cost-reduction plan.
• Conduct biannual disaster recovery drills and meet objectives.
• Establish, refine, and meet system uptime targets.
• Operate and improve infrastructure, access controls, and security measures.

The Qualifications We Seek

Your Daily Tasks

• Introduce routine performance benchmarks and establish specific improvement targets
• Achieve and maintain required security certifications
• Develop and implement an IT cost-reduction plan
• Conduct biannual disaster recovery drills and meet established objectives
• Establish, refine, and meet specific system uptime targets
• Operate and improve the infrastructure, access controls, and security measures that keep business systems reliable and secure
• Document standards, system changes, and operating procedures to ensure consistent support
• Monitor system signals, investigate issues, and drive root-cause resolution with clear follow-through
• Use AI-assisted operations tools responsibly to accelerate troubleshooting and documentation while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information
• Maintain clear documentation, handoffs, and ownership to ensure work progresses without ambiguity
