Emapta Philippines in Manila invites a Senior Systems Administrator to own and strengthen mission-critical infrastructure. You will enhance uptime, disaster recovery, security, and IT operations behind enterprise software, solving global tech challenges while advancing your career on-site in Ortigas.

The role requires a IT degree and 3–5 years of experience, with responsibility for AI-enabled tool usage, security controls, cost-reduction plans, and DR drills, plus mentorship and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in an IT role.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate outputs, and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Establish routine performance benchmarks and improvement targets.
• Achieve and maintain required security certifications.
• Develop and implement an IT cost-reduction plan.
• Conduct biannual disaster recovery drills and meet objectives; maintain system uptime targets.
• Operate and improve infrastructure, access controls, and security measures.
• Document standards, system changes, and operating procedures to ensure consistent support.
• Monitor system signals, investigate issues, and drive root-cause resolution with follow-through.
• Use AI-assisted operations tools responsibly to accelerate troubleshooting and documentation.
• Maintain clear documentation, handoffs, and ownership to prevent ambiguity.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an Information Technology role
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate outputs, and protect confidential information
