Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT leadership
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, collaboration platforms, and identity management
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business-critical systems
- Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, disaster recovery, and operational best practices
- Experience managing technology vendors, licensing, and service providers
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas 5 days per week
- Availability to travel less than 10% of the time
Preferred
- ITIL certification or comparable IT service management experience
- Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Cisco, or other relevant infrastructure certifications
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or enterprise technology integrations
- Experience implementing AI-enabled operational tools, automation platforms, or intelligent service management solutions

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a productive, scalable IT organization that supports business growth and evolving technology needs.
- Establish and continually refine the company's IT operational strategy in line with business priorities and the Business Systems roadmap.
- Develop and sustain security, compliance, and risk management practices that protect company assets and information.
- Measure performance through operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and service metrics.
- Lead the administration and support of enterprise infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing.
- Partner with Business Systems, Security, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, and other functions to deliver reliable technology solutions.
- Support mergers and acquisitions by planning and executing IT infrastructure, user onboarding, and technology integration activities.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, hardware lifecycle planning, contracts, and IT operating budgets.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to improve service desk operations, documentation, monitoring, and systems administration.
- Implement improvements that increase reliability, reduce operational risk, and strengthen the employee technology experience.
