Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Metro Manila is seeking a Customer Service/Order Management specialist with 2-3 years in the field. You will handle end-to-end order entry, validation, amendments, and fulfillment using SAP, while maintaining high SLA performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality teams, manage credits and returns, and ensure accurate documentation and DIFOT tracking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• End-to-end order management experience (entry, validation, amendments, fulfillment) using SAP.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for case management and SLA tracking.
• Experience handling credits, returns, and exception management with proper validation.
• Strong understanding of DIFOT, production planning, and inventory management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and multitasking in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, documentation requests, pricing coordination, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain audit documentation and compliance.
• Monitor SLA performance and provide analytics via Excel.
• Support credit and returns processes.
