Job summary

You will ensure accurate order entry, monitor shipments, and resolve conflicts to keep customers satisfied. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain in a BPO or shared services environment across multiple markets; you will collaborate with pricing, supply chain, and master data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment with Asia, Australia, Europe, or the Americas.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com.
• Accurately enter orders into SAP.
• Ensure electronic orders flow into the system as intended.
• Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for routine inquiries.
• Understand and recommend products to meet customers’ needs using catalogs and software.
