Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to operate and maintain injection equipment in line with company policies, aiming to improve equipment effectiveness and production cost-efficiency.

You will implement preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment, ensure world-class reliability, and use the CMMS to record PM registers, specifications, and equipment codes.

Job description

The position will efficiently operate and conduct maintenance activities on the injection equipment within the established company policies and procedures to improve overall equipment effectiveness and production cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the equipment in compliance with the standard procedures and policies of the company in order to extend and optimize the life cycle of the equipment and to meet target KPI’s
• Implement relevant and effective preventive maintenance system using the in order to keep the equipment functionality and reliability at world class level.
• Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program in all Injection Machine codes, Equipment Specifications and PM Registers of such equipment IN ORDER TO ensure that all equipment are recorded and accounted for and with corresponding specifications records and PM Program.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in food manufacturing with basic knowledge in manufacturing operations, maintenance management, inventory management
• Good communication skills
