Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance activities of injection molding machines.
• Execute improvement plans and comply with QMS requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

Skills

Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of injection molding machines

Troubleshooting of electrical circuits

Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Good working attitude

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Basic knowledge of MS Office Applications

Education

Responsible for implementation of maintenance activities of injection molding machines and its auxiliaries, including the execution of improvement plans and compliance to the requirements of QMS and other regulations.

Work Experience / Skill / Certification

• Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and its auxiliaries.
• Able to perform troubleshooting of electrical circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
• Preferably with experience in machine maintenance gained in plastic manufacturing company
• Can work in shifting schedule incl. holidays.
• Good working attitude
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in 5S and safety practices in a manufacturing set-up
